Where do you ship from?
We are currently shipping orders from Melbourne, Australia.
How long will my order take to dispatch?
We offer a 3-5 business day service from order confirmation.
Do you ship overseas?
We sure do! We have free international shipping on orders over $100 AUD, and free shipping within Australia on orders over $50 AUD.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. We have a processing time of 3-5 business days. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 10-20 days.
Please note that we are based in Melbourne, Australia - and orders to the United Stated are considered as international shipping.
Where's my order?
Once your order has been packed & processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Use this number to track the latest updates to your shipment via the Sendle Website.
Please remember that any delays or incorrect delivery details are NOT my fault.
Accidents do happen, so please do contact me if there are any issues & I will happily fix them before the parcel gets shipped.
